Restaurant General Manager – Responsible for delivering delicious and nutritious smoothies and food with a tropical twist. The role leads the team and ensures excellent service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate an enthusiastic team to foster a positive work environment and ensure exceptional customer service.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Training and Development: Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, consistently delivering excellent customer experiences.

Annual Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
Benefits: Health insurance; 401(k) with up to 4% annual company match
Required Experience
2+ years of restaurant management experience
High school preferred, but not required
