Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Easton, PA, for a Grants And Federal Programs Coordinator. The coordinator will manage grant writing, oversee compliance with federal and state program guidelines, and ensure proper allocation of funds across various programs. Responsibilities include identifying grant opportunities, preparing proposals, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive program development and compliance. Additional tasks include generating reports, conducting data analysis, and ensuring transparency in program operations and associated expenditures.
Qualifications
Expertise in grant writing, research, and proposal development
Knowledge of federal and state program regulations and compliance standards
Budget management, financial reporting, and resource allocation skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in data management systems and office software
Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in education administration or program coordination is highly desirable
