
Service Manager

Service Manager Duties
Supervise and manage all Service Department operations and personnel at the Anchorage, AK branch, including coaching and counsel of a large service department and staff including all FSMs, project managers, shop personnel & office staff.
Supervise shop operations, including scheduling repairs and prepping both new & rental equipment for on-time deliveries.
Maintain proper staffing levels and equipment needs for road mechanics and parts personnel.
Review all internal and external matters involving branch operations & expenses, including service team review and potential growth.
Receive and respond to all customer requests or inquiries regarding the full product line.
Warranty submittals and rejection rates.
Review labor rates with competition on a regular basis.
Work with Sales Department to develop future business with current customers and potential customers in all Anchorage, AK territories.
Monitor Work-In-Process, as well as non-billable percentages, to ensure branch profitability.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of forklifts and all related industrial equipment, and its operation.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and convey technical information.
Strong customer service; written, verbal and in person.
This position reports to the Service Director.
Salary
$98,000- $130,000 DOE
