We're a well-funded modern consumer advocacy platform that combines expert human advocates with Jake, our proprietary AI agent, to help everyday Americans navigate the systems stacked against them — from government benefits, healthcare, education, and beyond.
About the Role
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — owning high-priority initiatives from brief to completion, working directly with the CEO and across every team at Turnout.
What You'll Do
Own special projects end-to-end: scope, execute, and deliver with minimal oversight
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, ops, sales, and tech
Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation tools that accelerate your own work and the team's
Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear decisions and actions
Identify gaps in process and fix them — without being asked twice
What We're Looking For
Proven track record owning complex, ambiguous projects from start to finish
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents — not just using AI tools, actually building them
Strong communicator who collaborates well and holds people accountable without friction
Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable with a high-growth startup pace
Based in or willing to relocate to Solana Beach — this is a fully in-office role
Prior founder experience is a strong plus
Nice to Have
Background in operations, consulting, or a high-growth startup
Familiarity with Salesforce, BigQuery, or workflow automation platforms
Experience in consumer-facing businesses
