Role Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Lead is responsible for the operational execution of TytoCare’s US supply chain activities, ensuring product availability and reliable order fulfillment. The role connects US commercial teams, the warehouse partner in Philadelphia, and Global Supply Chain, supporting smooth operational flow and rapid resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Management
Manage US inventory levels to ensure product availability
Support short-term demand planning, inventory allocation, and replenishment in coordination with Global Supply Chain
Maintain inventory visibility and support operational reporting when required
Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Coordination
Oversee order processing and fulfillment with the 3PL warehouse in Philadelphia
Ensure accurate and timely shipment execution
Address operational issues related to orders, shipments, and inventory
Systems & Process Flow
Monitor operational flows across CRM, ERP, and warehouse systems
Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting order processing or inventory visibility
Work with Business Applications and relevant stakeholders to resolve system or automation failures
Cross-Functional Operations
Serve as the US supply chain focal point, supporting Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Service
Coordinate operational priorities between US stakeholders and Global Supply Chain
Provide backup support to Sales Operations when required
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics roles
Hands‑on experience managing order fulfillment and inventory processes
Experience working with CRM / ERP systems
Experience working with warehouse operations or third‑party logistics (3PL) partners
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic environment
Highly independent, proactive, and execution‑oriented
Nice to Have
Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or health tech industry
Experience in a fast‑growing company or startup environment
