Shipping Associate
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior warehouse exposure looking to grow their skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.
Shipping Associate Location: De Pere, WI Pay: Starting at $18/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse duties, including lift truck safety checklists
Complete order picking for all outbound shipments
Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
Verify inbound and outbound shipments using packing lists and bills of lading
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns
Consolidate partial pallets and assist with inventory rework
Conduct cycle counts and recounts as needed
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, debris removal, etc.)
Support team operations and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required (entry-level friendly)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, repetitive motion)
Team-oriented with good communication skills
