Location: St. Joseph Clinic Additional Opportunities: Kansas City Metro Clinics (optional)
Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is looking for a friendly, dependable PRN Front Desk / Patient Representative to support our quaint St. Joseph clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a team environment, and wants flexible hours in a healthcare setting focused on exceptional patient care.

Schedule
PRN hours as needed MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
Additional shifts may be available at our Kansas City metro clinics for those interested in picking up more hours.
Position Summary
We are seeking a front desk professional who will provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming experience for our patients. This role plays a key part in keeping our clinic running smoothly while ensuring patients feel supported throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and registering patients
Verifying insurance information
Reviewing daily schedules and confirming appointments
Collecting patient payments
Providing patient cost estimates
Coordinating with clinical staff to support patient flow
Requirements
Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Independent worker who also thrives on a team
Willingness to float to other DIC clinics occasionally
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred
