Valley Health - - Responsibilities: Follows computer and printer procedures for diet order communications to ensure diets are ordered correctly; Receives incoming telephone calls and identifies department and computing message sheet as appropriate; Writes telephone slips and supply requisitions according to established procedures; Communicates accurately any pertinent information to the Clinical Dietitian about the patients' diet needs, questions and other information learned from answering phone; Keeps CBORD card file up to date with patients current diet order
