Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams on developing curation tools and training resources for Markets partners.
Curate content for Homepage and curated shopping experiments, focusing on impactful and engaging content. Update content in response to customer engagement and conversion data.
Provide curation expertise for Focus Category and Horizontal initiatives, addressing issues raised by users and market partners.
Train Marketing and Merchandising teams on best use of LLM models and tools.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance product releases focusing on trends, styles, and category strategies.
Use AI prompt engineering combined with cultural insights to create trend-driven and style-oriented content.
Provide guidance on best practices for product curation and promotion across categories, ensuring consistent and relevant user experience.
Work with stakeholders to identify trends, curate top product selections, and shape category-specific strategies.
Develop and refine non-code prompts to guide AI-driven content recommendations, ensuring relevance to user intent and behavior. Collaborate with engineering and Markets teams to align AI-generated content with merchandising goals.
Test and iterate on prompt designs to improve AI-driven recommendations and content placements.
Advocate for the customer perspective in all decisions to enhance both internal and external user experiences.
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $45.00–$51.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked in excess of 40 per week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, life, disability, health savings account, paid time off, bereavement leave, 401(k) plan with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent‑care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
