Job Description
Oversee all materials and production management functions, including planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and finished products to meet company objectives and customer requirements
Direct and administer inventory control, shipping and receiving, and master planning functions across the organization
Manage a team of 3 direct reports consisting of planners, providing leadership and development guidance
Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to analyze demand planning and schedule products based on customer demand and lead times
Collaborate with the broader team to establish and refine planning processes, driving a transition toward a more data-driven planning function
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment involving metal products
BS Degree required
Proven expertise in strong planning and demand planning disciplines
