Job Description
Perform dimensional and functional inspections to ensure materials, components, and assemblies meet engineering and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished products
Interpret drawings, specs, and quality standards
Select and perform appropriate inspection methods and setups
Apply
GD&T (ANSI Y14.5)
for dimensional verification
Conduct
First Piece and AS9102 First Article Inspections
Partner with Engineering on new product inspections
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Use precision tools (micrometers, comparators, gauges, etc.)
Operate and analyze results from
CMM equipment
Qualifications
Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of
GD&T
and precision measurement tools
CMM
experience preferred
Familiarity with
AS9102
a plus
Strong attention to detail

Hourly Rate Range
$26.00–$33.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Trade Compliance Statement
