We are seeking ambitious and motivated recent graduates to join our
Operations Leadership Development Program . This is a fast-track opportunity designed to prepare high-potential individuals for
Operations Supervisor roles within a short time frame .
You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, and supply chain management while working with a global 3PL leader.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
Supervise and motivate front line associates to meet productivity and quality goals
Monitor KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, HR, and quality
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate (2025 or 2026)
Supply Chain Management
Business Administration / Management
Operations Management
Organisational Leadership or related field
Strong leadership potential and communication skills
