Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
3 years to less than 5 years
Responsibilities
Evaluate daily operations
Monitor staff performance
Train staff
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilitiesAddress customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Respond to complaints of guests
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve conflict situations
Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Ensure safety procedures are followed
