Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.

Active Colorado PT license (compact accepted).

1+ year outpatient experience.

BLS certification.

Valid SSN and DOB; reference from full work history.

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience.
