Job Description
The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of multiple massage modalities, a general understanding of body treatments, and be willing to train on our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively deliver wellness solutions that meet our guests' needs. They must hold and maintain a current state license.

As a

Massage Therapist

you will:

Provide professional massage and body treatments in line with spa standards

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized wellness recommendations

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Manage appointment times efficiently and prepare treatment rooms

Educate guests on services, products, and wellness needs

Promote spa services, products, and current offers

Follow all sanitation, safety, and spa protocols

Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Support daily spa operations as needed

Toperform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:
