Full-Time Medical Receptionist (No nights or Weekends!)

The Women's Healthcare Group is seeking a full-time
Medical Receptionist
committed to continuing our tradition of excellent patient-centered care. With superior professionalism and communication skills, you're driven by a desire to help make patients' healthcare experiences as comfortable, efficient, and rewarding as possible. Ideal candidate would have previous medical office or customer service experience.
Full Time M-F. Starting wage range $16-$18/hr.

Daily Responsibilities include:
Greet and Welcome patients & visitors (in person & on the phone)
Register patients according to established protocols
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, transfer calls as required
Collect co-pays and payment
Required Work Experience & Education:
Proven work experience as a Medical Office Receptionist or customer service role
Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines / printers)
High school degree; additional certification a plus
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis preferred
Working knowledge of healthcare insurance preferred
Success in this role looks like:

Accurately enters patient information
Awareness of patient privacy and confidentiality
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
