We’re Hiring: Orthodontic Clinical Assistant
Our orthodontic team is growing, and we’re looking for a Clinical Assistant who is caring, dependable, and excited to help create confident smiles every day!
About Us
We’re a busy, positive, and patient-focused orthodontic office with locations on the North Side and South Hill, this is a traveling position that will go back and forth between both locations. Our team loves working together, supporting each other, and making patients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.
What You’ll Do
Assist our orthodontists chairside with patient care.
Take x-rays, impressions, and photos.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
Help in Sterile by properly cleaning, preparing, and organizing instruments.
Encourage and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical space.
Travel between our
North Side and South Hill offices
as needed.
Who You Are
Friendly and professional with great communication skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn and grow (previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required).
A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.

Requirements
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is required (orthodontics preferred)
be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
possess great understanding of dental terminology
have excellent communication and written skills
have excellent public relations skills
work well with patients and team
be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
