Salary Range: $72,000 – $98,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Attend Space Management Team meetings and working groups.
Conduct database research and collaborate with Informatics.
Analyze data and develop charts, dashboards, and visual products.

Support site surveys and space move planning.
Review assessments for compliance with federal standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in data analytics and 1+ year in project management.
Knowledge of SQL, R or SAS, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Experience with GIS (ArcGIS preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Extended periods of computer‑based work.
Occasional on‑site surveys.
