Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair surface damage on floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels and other surfaces.
Use minimal product and keep tool kit organized while traveling in a small vehicle.
Maintain a clean, odor‑free job site, completing work in less than two hours.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication.
Adhere to safety and company standards during all repair tasks.
Qualifications
Experience working with your hands (construction, manufacturing, bartending, cosmetology, or related trades).
Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
Clean driving record and ability to obtain insurance.
Creative background or strong eye for detail helpful; color matching skills required.
Interest in growth and potential leadership within the company.
Commitment to at least a 2‑year tenure.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and curiosity.
Ability to meet project timelines.
Customer service experience.
Excellent work ethic.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $19–$23 plus bonuses and commission.
