Compensation

Base Salary: $75K – $100K

Commission + Bonus: $40K – $80K+

Total OTE: $115K – $180K+

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of a defined territory

Build and expand relationships with commercial roofing contractors and distributors

Drive new business while maintaining key accounts

Stay active in the field—job sites, offices, and industry touchpoints

Manage pipeline and territory performance with consistency

What You Bring

Background in commercial roofing, building materials, or related products

Track record of growing a territory and winning work

Established relationships in your market

Self‑managed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
