We are currently seeking a
RM&A Analyst
to support our customer in Crane, IN.

Duties
Perform analysis of reliability requirements and goals, construct mathematical models, and analyze product design for reliability and performance for the EA-18G, P-8A, and related Airborne EW systems
Perform program/system analysis to support FST engineering/logistics efforts and perform data/supportability analysis for product maintainability and to support Fleet Support Team engineering/logistics efforts
Analyze Fleet Aviation Maintenance Material Management (AV-3M), Original Equipment Manufacturer, and Depot Repair Data for supportability and identify emerging trends and provide recommendations for reliability and program cost reduction efforts
Support defining the reliability and maintainability metrics for data/supportability analysis
Develop and review R&M plans, analyses and test results for the FST and provide short‑term and long‑term supportability recommendations to address trends and support issues
Desired Education
Bachelor's level degree.
Desired Experience
3+ years equivalent relevant work experience.
Mathematical & analytical skills helpful.
Data analytics experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer‑related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
