Project Control Analyst
Location:
Tampa, FL (Onsite – 4 Days per Week) – Local Candidates Only
Employment Type:
W2 Contract (No C2C)

Position Overview
All Project Controls Levels (Project Controls Analyst I performs duties with guidance)
Support analysis of project control requirements during the bid review process to ensure all cost control elements are incorporated into contracts and purchase orders.
Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement enhancements to project controls systems, tools, and methodologies.
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules across all phases of execution for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and schedule integrity.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience (Required)
7–8 years of progressive experience in engineering and construction project controls.
Strong capabilities in cost management, scheduling, project planning, and estimating
Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering, architectural, and construction firms, suppliers, and internal project teams
Proficiency in Excel and Access
Experience with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and schedule development
Ability to support forecasting of engineering and construction resource needs, including identifying long‑lead items, resource constraints, and project start timelines
