
Sr Product Manager - Data Loaders Aerospace

Position Overview
A Senior Offering Product Manager for the data loaders product line will lead product strategy, new product introduction, and portfolio performance management across the data loader family (DLMU, ADG-400, MDG-100). The role encompasses end‑to‑end ownership of product life cycle, cross‑functional leadership, and driving customer value. Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
Identify under‑met customer needs and translate them into winning product strategies.
Execute new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI) from concept to launch.
Own product and offering roadmaps, balancing innovation, profitability, and lifecycle considerations.
Lead cross‑functional teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales) and influence senior leadership.
Drive portfolio performance management, analyze segment attractiveness, and implement optimization actions.
Define and track KPIs related to revenue, margin, market share, customer satisfaction, and lifecycle health.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations.
Support international teams (primarily in India) with a flexible work schedule.
Enable successful product launches through sales enablement, customer education, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or customer‑facing roles.
Proven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration.
Experience owning product portfolio roadmaps and lifecycle decisions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
Experience developing business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience in a global organization and with market research and analysis.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and changing environment.
