Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Perform shift management duties: plan for each shift, monitor performance, take actions to maintain standards, monitor safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Meet targets during the shift and help assigned departments achieve their goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive, flexible team player capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older to serve in a managerial role.
