Inventory Specialist
Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00/Hour
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments into the inventory system
Organize and store materials in designated locations
Create production kits and fulfill parts requests
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and record updates utilizing Microsoft D365
Pack and prepare parts, equipment, and materials for shipment
Replenish Kanban bins to support production flow
Coordinate recycling pickups with external vendors
Support team operations by training new members and participating in meetings
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the flow of materials across our supply chain. This position oversees the receiving, storing, cycle counting, kitting, and distribution of goods.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong attention to detail
Visual ability to perform detailed inventory and warehouse tasks
Strong reading and logistical skills
Effective communication skills with strong follow-through
Demonstrate basic computer skills (e.g. e‑mail, Excel, Inventory Management System)
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, potentially up to 70 pounds
Ability to drive company vehicle
Forklift experience preferred
