The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial construction projects from start through closeout. Project types will include new construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, etc., with projects typically valued between $1M - $50M+.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, and who is passionate about delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Description
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
Profile
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
5+ years of industry experience
General Contracting background
Demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to completion. Project types can include base building, renovations, and/or tenant fit-outs
Project values can range from $1M - $50M or higher
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
