ATS is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction, telecom and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across multiple industries and sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Foreman with low-voltage electrical experience to support our Telecom crews both in the field. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities
Leading and directing crew on assigned projects.
Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets and filling out paperwork.
Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring all employees follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders onsite to ensure project goals are met as it relates to your scope of influence.
Following safety protocols and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
Keeping accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any inspections conducted.
Working closely with other trades and team members to ensure coordinated efforts on the job site, especially in the lowvoltage area.
Must pass a preemployment drug test.
Must be willing and able to travel regularly.
