Description
At our Fremont, CA facility, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support/Service Representative to work directly with our customers and departments to efficiently process orders. Key duties will be to complete order sheets and distribute; maintain customer files; coordinate with departments regarding order status, ship dates, prices, and product availability; and handle RMA/RGA processing.
Job Responsibilities
Interact directly with customers, or outside representatives
Generate Return Material Authorisations
Generate quotations
Enter orders in SysPro/MRP
Maintain customer files
Distribute product literature
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum high school education
2–3 years direct work experience
Computer literate
Effective communication internally and externally
Work independently
Salary
$38 per hour
