My client, a growing specialty contractor in passive fire protection, is seeking a Fireproofing Estimator to support commercial construction projects including healthcare, education, government, and large commercial facilities.

Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed estimates for fireproofing systems
Prepare competitive bid proposals and pricing strategiesCoordinate with project management to ensure smooth project handoffs
Maintain relationships with general contractors and industry partners
Qualifications
Experience estimating fireproofing, firestopping, insulation, or related specialty construction preferred
Commercial construction estimating experience
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
