Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating nursing staff in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality patient care
Monitoring patient recovery, vital signs, and pain management
Collaborating with surgical teams and other healthcare providers
Providing staff education and performance feedback
Managing documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Skills Needed
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of PACU protocols and patient safety standards
