Job Description
We’re looking for a per-diem nurse. This is a key position to ensure the agency is compliant with NJ Board of Nursing regulations and our Accreditation status.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
Current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive initial assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
Develop an individualized plan of care for each client with client input.
Provide interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
Conduct client reassessments and follow up visits.
Maintain compliant client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
Provide training, delegation, supervision and support to our staff of caregivers.
Address any issues with respect to clients or caregivers that may arise.
