$18.38 - $26.65. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights
Position: Patient Service Rep
Location: 796 Royal St George Dr, Naperville
Full time: 40 hours
Hours: Monday-Friday varies 6:30am‑6:30pm, Saturday morning rotation
Required travel: No
What You Will Need
High school or GED – required
Associate’s degree in Business Administration/Management – preferred
2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Manual dexterity to operate various office machines
Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual skills
A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off‑site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, a copy of automobile liability coverage may be requested.
