Job Description
Sol Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our team for an immediate start date at our clinic in Tucson.
Our therapists are trained in advanced manual therapy techniques and use the latest technology to provide the best outcomes. We are committed to the highest standards, and our facility combines modern comfort with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a fun yet professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on evaluation results.
Reviews the physician's referral and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required.
Provides direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
Is responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
Completes a written plan of care, develops goals based on evaluation findings, and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.
Implements the physical therapy treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.
Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
1+ year of experience preferred in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
Exercise and manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience.
Current state of Arizona license or will apply if relocating.
CPR certification.
Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
A passion for physical therapy and patient care.

Compensation Range: $80K - $95K, based on experience, plus potential for $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
