The Job
The Certified Nurse Aide will interact directly with residents, providing comfort and care, and assisting with their activities of daily living. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to join our team and serve as a vital link between our patients, nurses, and other facility staff.

Position and Schedule

Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant

Full‑time

Shift: 8 hr. shifts

PRN all shifts

Must‑Haves for Role

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Nurse Aide in the state of Texas

CPR certification (preferred)

Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job‑related duties

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care environment (minimum of 1 year)

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Take pride in providing high‑quality care

Hoyer lift experience (specific to resident)
