Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Phoenix, Arizona. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8‑hour day shifts (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions; developing personalized therapy plans; monitoring progress; educating patients on injury prevention; and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support recovery and wellness.
Qualifications: Licensed physical therapist in Arizona. Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience. Compact license accepted. One reference from entire work history required.
