Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures.
Monitor and record hemodynamics and assist the physician by scrubbing procedures.
Assure proper functioning and troubleshoot equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology to assist the physicians.
Participate in professional development for the advancement of Cardiology Services.
Job Requirements
Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist regsitered by the ARRT.
Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as a Radiologic Technologist.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements
One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
