Bloom Endodontics is seeking a skilled, compassionate Full-time Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care as needed. Our practice is built on a core belief: putting the patient’s needs first — and this principle guides everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict protocols.
Take X-rays and digital scans as needed.
Document patient information accurately in chart notes and software systems.
Ensure patients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment.
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments.
Maintain accurate records and assist with updating medical history forms.
Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient car
Requirements
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
Customer service experience (1+ years) is a plus — we value a friendly, patient-focused approach.
Certification or an associate degree from an accredited dental assisting program is a bonus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software.
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
