$120,000 – $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated defense litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is ready to take on substantive responsibility while continuing to develop their litigation skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage defense litigation matters from inception through resolution, primarily in insurance defense and trucking/transportation litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Work independently while collaborating with partners and support staff
Practice Areas
Insurance defense (auto, general liability, premises liability)
Trucking and transportation defense
Commercial litigation
