Collect information from new residents to be admitted.
Record residents' health details, including vitals and temperature.
Administer medications and injections as needed.
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
Must be a team player.
Valid LPN state license.
Good standing with the state registry.
