Proficiency in maternal/child nursing.
Experience in program planning and patient care improvement.
Ability to monitor and assess worker performance.
Skilled in performance assessment and corrective action implementation.
Experience in developing record‑keeping systems.
Proficiency in medication error tracking and counseling documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
RN license and BLS certification.
Primary Source Verification of license and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse.
Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Fluency in English (Speak, Read, Write).
