Job Description
Avantara Milbank is rapidly growing and is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for the night shift with a differential and same‑day pay. The RN will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents to maintain comfort and safety.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum: an unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
Responsibilities
The RN will administer medication and nursing care as per individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, lead the nursing team, and advocate for residents’ comfort, safety, and well‑being.
