General Job Summary
As a physical therapist with OrthoCincy, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients according to a treatment plan that you develop. You will also be collaborating with team members to assist patients with a full recovery after surgery or injury.

Requirements
Education/Experience

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program

State license to practice physical therapy

CPR certification

Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to state practice act including rules of supervision for support staff

Maintain state licensure and complete continuing education regularly to stay current on the practice of physical therapy to best serve our patients

Evaluate and treat patients in need of skilled physical therapy services with proper documentation to support medical necessity of treatment

Facilitate open communication with physicians, co-workers and patients to provide the best comprehensive care possible for the community we serve

Participate in chart audits and review of care plans with colleagues to facilitate best practices within our organization
