Shifts: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Job Summary
As a caregiver, you will provide essential non‑medical assistance to a female client in her home, helping her maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the client’s comfort and well‑being.
Responsibilities
Assist with Showering: Help the client into and out of the shower or assist with a sponge bath.
Assist with Dressing: Stand by to assist during dressing.
Assist with Toileting: Provide stand‑by assistance during toileting.
Assist with Transfers: Stand by to assist during transfers.
Do Dishes: Wash dishes after each meal.
Drive to Appointments: Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
Encourage Fluids: Encourage the client to drink fluids throughout the shift.
Prepare Breakfast and Dinner: Prepare meals based on the client’s preferences.
Report Changes to RN: Report any changes in the client’s condition immediately to the RN or agency.
Walk with Client: Provide assistance when the client is walking or ambulating.
Qualifications
Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance (required for client transport).
Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and compassion.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
