What You’ll Do
As the Fleet & Equipment Support Assistant, you ensure our mobile operations run like clockwork. You will:
Maintain the Fleet: Assist with routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to identify and report mechanical issues before they become problems.
Equipment Readiness: Help clean, organize, and prep specialized medical equipment for daily transport and use.
Inventory Management: Track parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring the team is always stocked and ready.
Operational Coordination: Support the scheduling of vehicles and maintain accurate maintenance logs, fueling records, and safety documentation.
Safety & Organization: Ensure all workspaces and storage areas are kept clean, safe, and professional.

Work Ethic: A self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in fleet operations.
Mechanical Interest: A natural curiosity for how things work; basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.
Detail‑Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep accurate records.
Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move equipment as needed in a hands‑on environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
