Job Summary
Position requires a motivated and energetic individual to represent our team as a Mountain Sports Intern. This position will involve a combination of marketing, customer service, and administrative tasks within a dynamic ski resort environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and a strong understanding of ski area and resort operations. Must be able to work independently and within a group setting; candidates with ski, snowboard, and/or bike experience are preferred.

Typical Schedule
Days: Varies, including weekends and holidays
Hours: Varied hours available between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, approximately 20-35 hrs/wk
Core Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of special events at the ski resort
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted across various platforms
Provide excellent customer service to resort guests, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
Engage with resort industry professionals and resources to gather valuable information on ski industry best practices through informal conversations
Contribute to the development of e-commerce product offerings, enhancing the online experience for customers
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and sales through online channels
