Family Practice Clifton Park
Family Practice Clifton Park is looking for a full‑time LPN to join their team. This is a 40‑hour week. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
Eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.
Responsibilities
Administer and record vaccines.
Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
Document information into the patient record accurately, legibly and in a timely manner.
Maintain timely patient flow.
Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
Enter orders into the lab system accurately and promptly.
Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations).
Process patient prescriptions.
Discuss test results with patients per provider’s instructions.
Compensation & Benefits
