Inova Well Fitness is looking for a dedicated
Receptionist
to join the team. This is a part-time role with a regular Saturday shift from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities
The Receptionist position is primarily focused on daily front desk operations and client-facing administrative support.
Opening and closing the Center
Checking clients and members in and out using Mindbody
Processing retail purchases and applying applicable discounts
Answering phones, emails, and responding to voicemails
Managing routine facility upkeep, including laundry and cleaning tasks (equipment, studios, locker rooms, etc.)
Running standard end-of-day Mindbody reports
Maintaining active CPR certification
Contacting appropriate departments (engineering, housekeeping, infection prevention) for facility issues
Receiving client complaints and escalating them to the appropriate team member
Work schedule: Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Relevant office or customer service experience required
Certification: CPR or BLS within 6 months of hire
