About The Role
Best Ford of Nashua is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to support our expanding Mobile Service Program. In this role, you will provide on‑site maintenance and light repair services to customers at their home, workplace, or place of business — delivering dealership‑quality service with unmatched convenience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician who values independence, direct customer interaction, and high standards of workmanship. You will represent Best Ford in the field and serve as the face of our service department — a role that is as much about people as it is about vehicles.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped Best Ford mobile service van
Perform light‑duty maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filter and bulb replacements, fluid top‑offs, and basic diagnostics
Perform multi‑point inspections and thoroughly document findings
Communicate directly with customers to explain services performed, answer questions, and provide updates
Maintain accurate service records and invoices using mobile service software
Keep the mobile van stocked, clean, and service‑ready for each day’s schedule
Represent Best Ford with professionalism and courtesy at every service stop
Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines and safety procedures
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in automotive maintenance or repair
High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certifications preferred
Ford experience and factory certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily field schedule
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in all aspects of the role
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
