Job Description
Lyndon Steel is seeking a Press Brake Operator for our second (2nd) shift.

Current hours for 2nd shift is 5:00pm to 3:30am Monday through Friday and we offer a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include:

Programming the press brake according to shop drawings

Loadingraw material onto the machine

Operating the press brake to produce steel parts

Performingdaily general inspection of machine

Maintaining clean and orderly work area

Performs other duties as assigned

Work environment:

May require standing for long periods of time

Exposure to heavy machinery

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Six (6) months experience operating a press brake

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to read shop drawings/blue prints

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds

Understanding of computer programming
