Start Date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00
Join a Minnesota medical center as their next Interim Long Term Care Supervisor. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.
The Position
Responsible for oversight of 24‑hour nursing operations throughout the 35+ bed department.
Reports to the Director of Nursing (DON) and oversees approximately 40+ FTEs, working to stabilize staffing, scheduling, team culture, and accountability.
Analyzes current processes and makes improvements to safety, quality, and patient care policies.
Develops, maintains, and fosters positive working relationships; leads onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Active MN RN license required.
Compensation Details
Annual compensation range: $145,000 to $155,000.
Base rate determined by experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations; may be subject to future adjustments.
